This summer, we recently added a single-door commercial refrigerator to our store. It's a great addition! The LED lighting and transparent glass door make product displays very attractive, and the cooling is consistently reliable. The shelves are adjustable and spacious which is a big plus. The temperature display below matches the temperature of the thermometer I placed myself, indicating that it's working well. Surprisingly, every time the door is opened to take or restock items, the fan above stops running, similar to the energy-saving mechanism of a household refrigerator. It's been working fine for a week, so I think there shouldn't be any major issues.

Exceptional help with problem solving and resolution. Our Cooler arrived, but once we set it up it never cooled. Per instructions, we had to let it remain upright 48 hours before pluggin in, in case it was tipped in transit. We then attempted for several days to get it to cool, which it never did. Customer service was excellent when we reached out. They helped us troubleshoot the issue. It ended up being a broken element (coil) that was not an easy fix. Immediately a new one was shipped and sent to us within a few day and the broken one was picked up to return. For such a large item used for business, the customer support and quick help was great! We all sorts of things can happen in transit, and the company did an excellent job to help resolve it as quick as they could from a different time zone and location. The second cooler we received had no concerns and works great. The capacity is perfect, motor noise is quiet, and cools quickly. Thanks!

With more and more ready to drink liquors coming out, my store needed more refrigerator space, I purchased this refrigerator and I’m happy with it since the start. Solid construction, buttons on the outside panel is a plus. Digital display really helps a lot and illuminates guess work, because my old one just has a dial of 1 to 9. LED light really looks nice. The temperature is rock-solid, which is crucial for the quality of the RTDs. Also, it’s so quiet that I sometimes forgot I got a new fridge.

Bought the commercial refrigerator on Amazon, stored it for several months while the home I was building got completed. Just unboxed and installed in my bar area. Keeps soft drinks, wine coolers and beer cold as advertised. I needed to get more shelving so I contacted customer service and they responded almost immediately letting me know that they would facilitate my request. Great product for a home outdoor kitchen. Lots of compliments. John

I bought this merchandiser and it was damaged, it was picked up on March 5th and I still haven't received my refund.

Works amazing for my shake shop

Bright,spacious, and sleek with crystal clear glass doors. Fits perfectly in a corner, doesn't take up much space at all .easy to use front controls for cooling and lighting. Keeps drinks icy cold while looking stylish. Love it ,highly recommend.
