The media could not be loaded. Honestly love how the couches came out. They most certainly start out flat in the packaging. Once you pull them out and set’em up, they’ll eventually puff up after sitting for a short time. I got two and all my friends love sleeping on it. Got a third one coming soon.Had a tiny problem BUT the seller was very easy to communicate with and handled the problem easily.I’ll probably buy a fourth at this rate. 10/10 Affordable, Comfortable, Size-able and decently Soft Quality

We bought this for our 13 yr old son for Christmas. The frame broke after 3 weeks. It was to expensive to break that quick. Don’t buy!!!

Decent for the price. Easy assembly. Material isn't as soft as it looks and the material feels a little rough/cheap. Comes slightly flat letting it sit out to see if it fluffs out more. The stuffing is also a bit clumpy hoping that evens out with time. Out of the box alot of loose pieces come off, definitely vacuum before use.

Dislike. The frame is broken and would not adjust upright even when laid flat before adjusting. I cannot return, it’s heavy and bulky AND ALL I WANT IS A REPLACEMENT FRAME!
