The parts were wrapped with Bubble wrap, Placed the Thermocol & other cushioning.I have received the package without a single scratch . All the necessary tools were provided to Assemble the bed. I need to hire a Local carpenter to assemble the bed. The Seller was so responsive & Promised me to Reimburse the amount of the charges by our local carpenter.Coming to the bed, The wood was solid , The finishing was so neat.The Plywood Provided were of the highest quality.The bed frame feels sturdy and well-constructed.Given its design, comfort, and durability, the rj art bed offers excellent value for money .I am so happy for the Price that I have paid which included the Amazon Sale offers & Cashbacks.

Very low quality fit and finish. In just two weeks, finish is already peeling off. There are some rough surfaces. Rosewood is supposed to have smooth finishes. I doubt if this is genuine rosewood.The mdf sheet used releases high formaldehyde emission. It is not suitable for interior air quality in many countries (e.g., EU, US, Japan). You would have to replace it with plywood. For good plywood, it will cost you another 10k.

Product received in good condition. Well packed & transported.Easy to install as I have done it myself within 30 minutes.Quality is same as mention in product detail.Back cushion is also of good quality.Price is also reasonable.Overall experience is satisfactory.

Quality is good and well polished/varnished. I am able to assemble within 30min with no one's support and steps are very intuitive. No need for detailed manual. The product comes spanner, nuts and bolts. The storage box is well designed in such a way we can decide have keep one side both or each facing outside. Good design. Overall happy with the product.

Decent built

In the picture brass is carved on the on the whole elongated plank where as in real it's half carved height of bed is too short that after putting matterress almost half of its carving got hidden seller has provided just four small nuts for such a big king sized bed which isn't that sturdy and I doubt the durability it produce a creeking sound anything anybody sits on it lookwise it's beautiful but quality is comprised ..

Seller is not trustworthy, doesn’t complete delivery on time, product quality is also cheap, do not buy , we should go for another seller instead of this
