Q: How many drinks does 100g make?

The amount of Fybogel to take per day depends on your personal needs, which you can find by trial and error. It also depends on what other fibre you eat. That may mean plenty of ordinary vegetables and perhaps other fibre sources, such as for example Metamucil, which is a helpful supplement to Fybogel. Fybogel comes also in sachets that contain 3.5g. The spoonful is said to contain 5.4g. Each of those can give a drink of 100 to 250 ml. I need about 30g of Fybogel per day, plus other fibre sources, but that would very likely give you diarrhoea, and you are likely to need much less than that.
