I have purchased several different types of supplements from this company and the quality of the ingredients and their choices going above most supplements available. You can't go wrong with purchasing supplements from this company. Our family has used this folate supplement for a while now and have repurchased several times. The pill is very small which makes it easy to take. This is folate, as Metafolin L-5-MTHF, not folic acid. Many other pills that suggest a folate supplement are folic acid and this was recommended instead by our family physician.
