I have purchased several different types of supplements from this company and the quality of the ingredients and their choices going above most supplements available. You can't go wrong with purchasing supplements from this company. Yes, the cost is higher with some supplements then what other companies charge but the quality of the supplement is the point so having a higher quality supplement will cost you more than you can get at your local store or with most companies available for purchase online. If you are making the effort or have the need to take supplements for your health You can't go wrong with a company that puts out very high quality ingredients in every one of their supplements and they place a great deal of care to make sure that you are getting the milligrams that are posted on the label for each tablet you take which goes above and beyond most supplement vitamin companies. This kind of quality control cost more but if you going to take a supplement why not take high quality and highly quality controlled of each of their products if you going to take them why not take the ones that are held to a higher standard than most supplement companies.

Good product, I will keep buying it. Because it is a supplement, I can't really say more than, it's a good value for the money. I trust the brand.

I was told by my doc to take folate vs. folic acid. This supplement works well, keeps my ferritin level in the zone, and has no side effects!

The media could not be loaded. Our family has used this folate supplement for a while now and have repurchased several times.The pill is very small which makes it easy to take.This is folate, as Metafolin L-5-MTHF, not folic acid.Many other pills that suggest a folate supplement are folic acid and this was recommended instead by our family physician.

Not sure I have any perceived benefits, but one unexpected side effect was consistent dreaming when combined with a choline supplement. I have not routinely had recallable dreams since I was a child, but with this methylfolate and a choline supplement I accidentally discovered that it reliably inspires dreaming -- like all night long, interesting and pleasant dreams. Super weird. The combination is near 100% reliable for me and the effect continues months later, so long as I take them daily.
