Would this work for dry artificial turf sweeping?

This particular sweeper is for very low pile carpet or hard floors. I don't think the artificial turf "I'm picturing tiny blades of grass" would benefit as this is just a manual sweeper with no suction.

Does it come with a toll for cleaning the brush?

It did NOT come with a brush for the rollers.

Any suggestions on getting the top handle to screw into place? Impossible to attach it. Thx.

Hello, yes the bushing piece goes at the bottom, then there’s two identical pieces those go together, and lastly the handle, make sure it goes in that order!

Does this work on tile floors?

I’m sorry. I don’t have tile floors. It does work on my laminate floors.
