No ma'am. It had 1 zipper across the top of the bag.

What is thickness of the vinyl

I don't think it's as thick as vinyl, but it was able to hold a couple of magazines, snacks, etc; it has a lot of durability, it withstand the hot sun for 10+ hours. Plus I will be using the bag again for next outdoor concert👍🏼

Do these bags hold up with daily washing and disinfecting?

This bag is easy to wipe down to clean but after a short time of daily use the bag ripped.
