Columbia Unisex Bora Bora Hat

Excellent quality, comfortable and stylish

This is a very brief review as I’ve not had the hat long. What I can vouch for are the following: very light & comfortable, ( toggle allows you to customise the fit ), very lightweight so can easily be fold up and be stuffed in a pocket or rucksack, lastly, it does seem well made so I don’t think durability would be an issue whatever your outdoor pursuits. All told it’s great value & I’m very happy.

Lightweight boonie hat by Columbia for Outdoor activities. Good sun protection. Would imagine better in very hot conditiins than very wet conditions without additional waterproof spray. In any event there is a perforated strip which lets hot air/ condensation from the head escape but would allow rain in.

this is an amazing hat that stays on your head and provides excellent protection from sun at an amazing price. I've paid£13.99 for mine. works well in very hot and humid weather in southern India. it folds tiny, can even be carried in shorts pocket but I would recommend a small backpack or bum bag. I will be taking this with me for my other travels.

I was on some fieldwork recently and needed a way to keep the sun off my neck while also showing to the world that I'm an archaeologist with zero employable skills and an unjustifiable obsession with old bits of pot hidden in the earth. This hat, with its dull grey overtone and shape that cries "practical first, sexy last" was the perfect hat for the job. In all seriousness, very lightweight, breathable, and durable. It's my second of these hats (my first is desert sand coloured in case I need to camouflage myself when fighting off bad guys in Egypt; this one was for mountain camouflage). And the strap is effective without you having to garrote yourself to stop it flying off in the wind. My one gripe is the slightly flimsy rim, which occasionally decided to buckle right over my eyes and blind me. If this is likely to annoy you, a study pith helmet might suit better.

Quality products but universals size doesn't fit me , way to small

Perfect fit for adult female head. Its very light and does a good job in protecting my head from the sun. This will be perfect for taking away on holiday, as it will pack flat. Well made and if you dont want the strap dangling down simply stuff it under the hat. There are loads of 'cheap' sun hats on Amazon but at this price point the Columbia hat is a good buy.

Este modelo de gorro no cuenta con la tecnología Omni-Shade UPF 50 de la marca Columbia puesto que no trae la etiqueta indicativa de ello, como si hacen todos los productos que la tienen, además en la web de la marca tampoco lo especifica. Quitando ese detalle que para mi es básico, el resto me ha gustado.

Es muy cómodo se adapta bien a la cabeza
