Fast delivery and it looks great

This name tag looks so elegant and professional. I ordered it for my employee and it looks great.

So I ordered a silver and gold name badge. The silver one is solid and the italic I chose is correct, however the gold one has been made out of plastic, and it's cheaply made. I have to reach out to them to see if they will fix this. I would recommend the metal name badge, it has some weight to it.

Item is not as described!!! Engraving is too small and not easy to read. Contacted seller and Amazon customer but neither resolved my issue!!!
