This is a great bike. It is sturdy and gets me to work and back on a single charge. I was a little afraid of riding an electric bike but it was easy to figure out and the only danger are the cars that do not pay attention to bikes. It was a good value for the money and saves me a lot of Uber or bus costs. All it costs is the little bit of electricity to charge it up. It is a great deal.

Very Very Happy. Box took a hit in shipping. Bent the rear shifter guard into the shifter. Bent it back and rear shifter has no damage. Nice Guard! Bike is perfect. Just under 30 mph on high. 21 speed is very nice. 5 speeds of assisted power. Covers about any speed you wanna go. Pulled a cart with kid, Auwsum cart, 18 miles and 1/3 power left. Did pedal for some of the ride to feel the burn. Am 58, riding for exercise is my thing, this bike is by far the Best ride ever! No more big hill dred for me. Btw. My bike came week early, rack n fenders followed on time.

let me start by saying this bike is great. it goes as fast as they say and in my opinion there is no better bike you can get, first off for the price and second off for the customer service. i am speaking factually here. i did however have a hiccup in the begining with setup. im not going to get into the shpeel but just know that after contacting the company through amazon that the company responded and helped me to get everything working properly and oh boy is this dependable and fun. this bike is my way of getting around and i love it....thanks.

Great for the price, missing ont washer for the front forks and slightly damaged on the frame. I've enjoyed riding it.

This is an absolute beast considering it price. Goes max 26 mph on pedal assist 5. Based on rules of where I live the max I can hit is 18 mph. So make sure to wear a helmet. Only drawback seems that on a pedal assisit 5 battery drains a bit faster then usual. Helps you with anything you need help with the bike. Everything else seems perfectly fine. Follow rules. The media could not be loaded. This is my second time buying the bike. First bike I put 70 miles on it then it got stolen in Seattle, Washington after sitting on the side walk locked up for 1 hour. The first bike I got the luggage rack and the fenders. If you’re going to run the luggage rack you aren’t going to be able to fit a rear fender on as well. The fenders they give you aren’t great and they can only attach to the seat stem.I liked the luggage rack, except where you connect the luggage rack to the frame I damaged my shoes while pedaling because I hit the bolts, they stick out too far.The front fender was nice.My wife bought me a second bike, it was the same exact package. It was supposed to come with the fenders and luggage rack but, this time it didn’t arrive with the luggage rack or fenders. We reached out to customer service because we over paid and they under delivered. I’m still missing some pieces. After I took the second bike for a test spin the left pedal broke as well. So I had to buy pedals so that the pedal isn’t hard to turn.In conclusion:-Buy the base model if you want this bike.-It is really fun to ride and I really enjoy it.-It makes my commute to Seattle easy with all of the hills that I need to tackle. This bike makes the hills super easy and I don’t show up to work exhausted.-It comes at an affordable price for a starter e-bike.My recommendation:-Do not buy the accessory package it didn’t feel worth it and the accessories were not easy to assemble or fit on the bike.-Also quality may differ depending on what bike they send you.-Also I removed the kickstand that the bike comes with. My heel would also hit the kick stand and it would hurt.-The brakes on this bike aren’t good. You need to adjust them and brake early when going down hill. I could t stop this morning coming down hill on my way to work and thank god there wasn’t any traffic.

Tested it out just in my yard so far and can't wait to see how it does when I actually go for a long bike ride with my family. Was surprised at how easy it was to figure out how the pedal assist works and equally as surprised & impressed with what just level 2 in my yard was able to do & the speed it picked up. Assembly was easy. It's a sharp looking bike! And the suspension is great!
