I love these resistance bands. My chiropractor suggested that I get these to strengthen my dislocated shoulder and it is the best thing I’ve done so far.

These bands are great for your everyday workout, whether you use it for a warm up or utilize it for your whole workout, I’ve had mine for few years now and they are still in good condition and I use them on a regular. Definitely will recommend getting these bands for your workouts.

compared to all the other resistance bands, this was the best price and multiple resistance. Unfortunately a couple of them broke.

I used these at rehab. I wanted to continue at home. They are perfect.

My gym of 30 years closed 2 months ago and going to a different place wasn't a good fit. My hubby is in physical therapy and was told to get a more expensive brand of band. While I was browsing Amazon I came across the bands that looked good for me. I have to say being in the gym for most of my life, I never thought that a simple rubber band would do nearly everything I could do at the gym. I like that there are different degrees of resistance and though I thought I could of started with the hardest one...boy was I wrong!! Great bands even more targeted workouts and better yet I can use them at my leisure. I would recommend these to friends and anyone who is ready for a good workout!

Bands arrived in a new package. Took a couple out for immediate use and notice that they are very short (can only be used for hands), he material is not durable and will be spent after a few uses. Thought that the high rating on these would mean that they would be good for both arms and legs, but that is not the case. If you just need resistant bands for your arms then I would maybe recommend these. However, even then the quality of the product lets you down because they would be worn out after a few uses.

These are simply perfect for what they are advertised to be. Nothing more and nothing less. Strong, compact, and durable. They are priced right as well. What more could you ask for?
