My fav part if this is the bang for the buck.. as far as I can tell, quality is good, quantity good, value good, easy to dissolve, texture good, tastes like chalk and looks like cocaine... not that I'd know. Doesn't bother my stomach, but that isn't common for me with creatine generally. Comes with an easy little scoop..mix it in coffee if you want. I was for a while and then read that caffeine might limit the strength or potency a bit, so stopped with the coffee mixing thing. I don't sense any strength difference compared to other brands.. right now I just take 5mg, so this container lasts a pretty good time.

No clump, great price. Tasteless
Dissolves easily in whatever. No taste. Doesn’t affect the morning smoothie or it can be added to water or juice (when you’re not blending) and only requires a quick swirl to dissolve

It truly does work, 65 yrs. Getting stronger, more muscle
It has had great results for me! I have PAD, a horrible disease, it affects my veins. Because of that I've had to deal with a loss of muscle mass. I've always been an active person. I was still active 5 yrs ago at 65. Now that I have PAD, I had to find something to stop/ slowing the progression of muscle loss. This was it. Though I still weak, I am developing more muscle mass! I'm slowly getting strong again. My body is coming back. It's not a cure, but it's helping with the muscle loss. It's one small scoop (5g). There is two hundred servings per container. I put it my coffee, tea, & more drinks. I don't recommend water, taste weird with it. But hard to detect in other options. Great Product, highly recommend!

My son only asks for this brand but I can’t find in stores and compared to store brand it’s a competitive price. Taste is easy to take

Mixes well great for the price
We are on our second container. This mixes well there's no flavor and great for the price. I add this to my BCAA that I drink through out the day and also our sports drink that we keep in a large container in the fridge.

solid product. Doesn't dissolve easily but thats normal for creatine. One of the better deals in the market but theres still better value for money. I like how it's professionally tested by outside companies. Effective, no upset stomach, and no smell.
