I bought this phone when my iPhone broke- worst purchase ever!I will never buy off Amazon again!At first it was just very slow (could barely get on the internet). Then after a few days the internet stopped working completely.I couldn't get ANY apps (such as Pandora, Instagram, etc.)But worst of all, I COULDN'T GET ANYBODY'S TEXT MESSAGES AND THEY BARELY GOT MINE EITHER! I lost a lot of important calls due to this phone.After about a week it stopped working COMPLETELY, so I bought a used iPhone 4.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Buy a phone from a friend or the actual store of your carrier!

Great phone for so little and it was shipped fast too.This is a win win product.and you don't need a long contract to get this great phone.

This is a great starter phone for somebody new to the smartphone era. It is thin and sleek and can fit into any pocket or purse with ease. It has a smooth feel to it when it is in your hand and has great finger access, with maneuvering to all the accessible buttons.Will all that said, a few things about the phone need to be commented on. The screen is not worthwhile, as you have to press pretty hard to swipe or select an on-screen command. The phone is beyond difficult to conduct a text-message with, as you will constantly push the correct key, only for the phone to tell give you a different. If you can deal with the texting and screen than this would be a great starter phone for you.

I ordered this as a backup phone. When it came I was so happy but once I used the phone I noticed that it had a buzzing sound while talking on the phone. I have to keep my phone on vibrate for work one day I was at my desk I heard it buzzing so I had to put it on silent. I contacted the seller and they told me to send it back at my expense, I just tossed it to much trouble.

Made my sone super happy. I had a plan with no phone and amazon saved me hundreds.

The Phone does all kinds of things on its own. You dial the number 2 the phone dials 0 and so on. I bought the phone for my mother and she hates the phone. Wish I would have returned it.
