Taking one star away coz both times I ordered this, the cap came broken... It's definitely not sturdy enough and the packaging in which it was sent didn't helpuch either... It came wrapped in a stingy piece of thin nylon piece... The taste is exceptional though... It would be great if u could just send me spare caps so I could reuse the bottles though 😜

Broken packaging and unable to return due to extremely delayed delivery
The product itself is really good in terms of quality and taste but with broken packaging we were forced to throw it all away., I received the package late, and unfortunately, the jar was damaged upon arrival. The outer seal of the spread jar was broken, and the inner protective foil layer under the cap was also ruptured. To make matters worse, I received the item through a third-party, and we had to leave the next morning, so I couldn’t initiate a return or replacement. There was no one available to handle it on my behalf either. Disappointed with the delivery and packaging experience despite the product being good.
