Thorough, engaging. A Life Changer
I read this book in one day. I couldn't put it down. I was amazed at the amount of information it contained. The authors over-deliver their content, and that is putting it mildly. Not only do they share every single thing you need to know about couponing, but they share reasons why everyone should be doing this, for example: to save money, to get out of debt, to stockpile food, to give to charity or to support families in need. They also share how you can build self-esteem as you build your stash, how to teach your children the value of earning their own money, how to survive when a family member loses their job or how to save for a happy retirement. This book covers much more than coupons. It's about people and how they can change their lives and financial situations by becoming pro-active couponers. The authors don't leave you hanging once you buy their book. They guide you to their exceptional (and absolutely FREE) website where they keep track of all the store deals in your area. You can see at a glance which products are on sale, so you can easily match your coupons. This is wonderful if you don't have a lot of time to search through endless store circulars. It's all in one place. They give you insider information on food deals, clothing deals, travel deals, home decor deals, and more! Plus, you can interact with other like-minded Krazy Coupon Ladies on their forums.ONE WARNING!!! There's only one thing I didn't like about the book, and it's this: Although well meaning, the authors brag about leaving their garage doors open so their neighbors could see their large, ever-so-efficient and organized stockpiles of food. But, this kind of advertising could put them in danger in a time of crisis (like Hurricane Katrina, tornadoes, earthquakes or when the store shelves clear out in times of disaster). When those "friendly" neighbors are starving and desperate, they're going to know who has the food, and they won't hesitate to raid the authors' stash. That's a whole other topic on survival preparedness. If you're going to stockpile, keep a low profile about it. Don't flaunt your food to your neighbors or strangers. Sure, tell a few select family members and friends. But, don't advertise to the world. That could come back to haunt you and maybe even endanger you and your loved ones. Other than the small detail mentioned above, I would highly recommend this book above all others. You get much more than you pay for. By the time you finish the last chapter, you'll feel that this plan is absolutely doable.

Want to figure out how couponing works? Try this book! Best for beginners.
I bought this book after I decided I wanted to learn to coupon. I already followed her website and Facebook and thought that her book would also be helpful. Especially since I prefer to read a book rather than a website. For someone new to couponing this book is great! It covers everything from basics to more advanced topics (yes, I know how funny that sounds when one is talking about couponing). It assumes you know nothing about couponing and starts at the beginning, including how to organize your coupons and where to find them. For people who are used to couponing, this book probably won't provide a lot of new information. But if you are just starting out, it's a great place to start. I've used her tips and guidance to say thousands of dollars on products. I never pay for toothpaste (brand name!) any longer. I refuse to pay more than $.50 for a bottle of brand name shampoo. It is possible to save significant amounts of money with coupons. One caveat, most of what is in this book can also be found online, either on her website or on other's. However, if you want everything in one neat book package, you can't go wrong with this book. She writes knowledgeably but with a light an easy tone that's easy to learn from.

I couldn't put the Kindle down!
I have an MBA in Business and recently started my PhD in Business and have been out of work for over four years now. With a disabled wife and young son, it is hard to make a real living and surviving off disability is nearly impossible. Despite my educaiton, I have never picked up a published book and read it cover to cover...until today!Desperate to save money on our fixed income and hopefully follow a trend that may actually put more food in our house and save us a few bucks a month, I decided after three months to risk (yes, on a fixed income $4.24 was a risk for us) the money to buy the Kindle version of this book. Twelve hours later (with time for sleeping overnight and running a few errands) I finished this book in less than one day.The book is written in a very nice conversational tone that made it easy to keep reading. In addition, it helped me instantly retain what I was reading based on the way the information was presented to me. There really are detailed suggestions on how to go about the couponing process. The website that goes with the book is also very useful to get the ball rolling.I recommend this to anyone that wants a realistic look at the couponing trend and you will be impressed with what you learn about the stores you have been shopping at for years!

Great Source to learn to coupon - depending on the time you put in, you can really save money!!!
I have saved so much more than ever. I never used coupons before like this. Good source to locate coupons, and how to buy so that you save more money. I don't have time to run around to do some of the "earn money" savers. For me, that is over the top and not usually a product that I am interested in. I do use ibotta and some other apps that this book introduced me too, and earned some extra money to help out for future purchases. If you haven't done couponing before, this is a great source to get started. The mold to what works best for you. Depending on the effort I put into this, I have saved 20 - 40% on the grocery store purchases. And learned about extra savings with the Target app ENJOY!.
