The texture is quite smooth. This is by far the best strawberry jam we've ever eaten. They are handy to pop in your handbag for a breakfast out. They are very reasonably priced. When we bought them they were half the price of the strawberry jam in our local supermarket. So they are worth every penny. The best before date on these jams is so long. They're best before date is February 2029. Which is incredible. They came packaged beautifully no shattered jars all of them in tact and well secured in their container they got delivered in.
