The dough sheeted I believe would be a great product however I received a product that is defective. I am not sure who I need to contact to fix the problem and or replace it. I paid a lot of money for it in my opinion and the first time I use it this is what happened. The key to mark the thickness of the dough does not pop in easily on one side. It only goes in on the lowest setting with force. See video

I love the ease of rolling dough, but the rubber piece keeps coming off the middle wheel, and as another reviewer demonstrated, the thickness adjustment on one side doesn’t pop in without being forced.

Missing a bolt already and I just got it
