I had never used a ceramic pan before I made this purchase, so I was figuring on a little bit of a learning curve. I read the directions and followed them carefully regarding the proper heat up time and oil to use. The only thing I will say is that when cooking eggs, whether scrambled or over easy, I started with a cold pan with olive oil in it. Over easy eggs seemed to stick no matter what I had done prior so starting with the cold pan and adding the eggs to that and allowing everything to heat up at the same time made them slide around perfectly. Low to medium heat is optimal.

Purchased about 6 weeks ago and this pan was phenomenal. Absolutely nothing stuck to it. We stuck to the protocol of no harsh scrubbing or chemicals on the pan. We’ve used oil or butter for everything when cooking. The coating is starting to wear down, things are starting to stick and there’s a couple scratches already. We take very good care of our pans, so I’m slightly disappointed by this. It was a good price so I’m not too surprised, but wish it could’ve lasted for at least a year fully non stick.

Light weight, heats evenly, good price. Non stick as long as it is not scratched.

Great product!But the lid is a must! Which was not offered at the time my purchase!!

Very small, this is for an omelette. Hard to cook even two eggs
