I took a teaspoon of this soon as I received it, it's a very strong taste, you may want to mix it in a 8 ounce of water, but never the less within a few moments I started feeling awesome. I all of a sudden had extra energy that I'm working out right now as I'm writing this review, and I haven't had the energy to workout all week. Also my blood pressure went down to 124 over 77 from 138 over 85 & I felt the difference before I took my blood pressure. I will be using this product everyday & will be reordering it before I run out if it keeps me feeling this great...

I absolutely love the Nature's Way Organic Black Seed Oil! The fact that it's organic is a huge plus for me, and I really appreciate the support it provides for my antioxidant pathways. I bought the wrong brand not realizing where it was from. But it works…

If you've ever had Black Seed Oil, it can taste pretty strong. This particular brand doesnt taste near as strong as some others I've had. I'm happy with this one. I'll keep purchasing this brand. Bottle is plastic with a lid with a hole for dispensing. The bottle doesnt squeeze too easily so you can distribute just the right amount on your spoon. Happy Health!
