Do you need to refrigerate?

It says you don’t have to, but it has a longer shelf life if you do. Also, putting it in the refrigerator turns it from a liquidy format to more of a paste. I prefer it that way.

Is this 100% di Bronte pistacchios or are they mixed with other types of pistacchios?

I ordered 4 times I love it. I can’t tell if is some other nuts mixed . Was good taste just wish bigger jar.

How to store the pistachio paste(butter) after opening it?

To be quite honest, mine was so thin & liquifying I just put it in the fridge to harden it up. I didn’t care for the taste either because I couldn’t really taste pistachios that much & that’s the only really I bought it. I informed Amazon & they informed the seller. Maybe I got a bad batch? Who knows.
