These things are crazy but grew very well and was happy with my purchase.

They have not sprouted

These tubers looked very healthy. I have planted them and the plants are now more than 4’ tall. I live in zone 10 so I’m thinking to harvest in January. This is my first attempt at growing sunchokes in my home garden in the hopes of eating more healthily. It’s with excited anticipation that I look forward to harvesting. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I have yet to harvest.

Taste is amazing. I read it might be gassy, so I eat less. Price and weight per pound are a little off?

I planted these and the are growing very well. I will have my own crop within a year.
