Arrived just before my evening exercise program. Put it on & it was perfect. Fit snug, but didn't impede breathing. The compression was just the right amount, yet the shirt was still breathable. I actually ordered the 2 pack before leaving for my workout. Highly recommend.

Makes you look skinnier and adjusts your poster when standing. Doesn’t feel restrictive and allows you to work out when wearing it. Doesn’t feel restrictive ride up your stomach if you run but I suggest getting a size bigger to fix that issue.

This helps well with your posture and it does look like you loss a few pounds when wearing it.

product is good one, right fit, not so tight, good material. I worn the whole night and felt comfortable enough. At first, I thought it would create heat, uncomfortable, but indeed, it made my sleep pretty good, no sweating. It delivered what it made for.

I bought this as a gentler alternative to a chest binder because I have very sensitive ribs. I knew it wasn't going to be particularly tight in the chest, but it was comparatively loose there and very tight on the lower ribs, stomach and hips. If that's what you're looking for than it's good, but if you're looking for more chest flattening then its probably not ideal. Overall feels sturdy and well made though.

Works better than those Shaperluv tanks that are all over social media. Only reason for the 4 star is that they can be kind of uncomfortable around the front of my armpit where the tank rubs against my arm. This tank also likes to roll up and doesn’t stay down all the time but other than that, it does its job pretty well.
