I bought these, “regular with wings” 18‑count per box, on sale and wish I had stocked up. This is the best pad I’ve used, very thin but with excellent absorbency. It handled my extra heavy first day with no leaks. It didn't give that wet feeling during use or after bathroom visits, which usually makes me change pads too soon. Compared to the natural cotton brand I used before, this one feels better, is thinner, wider, and longer than their regular size, and even wider (though slightly shorter) than their long size. Whether on sale or not, I’ll keep buying it. Hope this feedback helps.

Great deal! These are absorbent not bulky, various lengths and comfort is 100% as they are actual cotton without a sneaky plastic lining rubbing you the wrong way. These are my pads.. quality through and through.

I am first of all very sad that I've only discovered this brand and products towards the end of my period life. (I'll be having a hysterectomy this year. I'm mid-30s for reference.) These pads are amazing. Prior to them, I was wearing diapers, primarily to stave off leakage. They are super long and cover most of your underwear, especially in the back. And they are thin which makes them incredibly comfortable. Also because they're organic, they do not feel horrible while wearing. And equally important, they do not make odours like brands that are not organic (looking at you, Always). If your flow is moderate, these should be fine to wear overnight. If it is heavier, you might have to get up and change it during the night. I bought a giant pack of these just prior to finding out I need a hysterectomy and I likely won't need them all. I also have regular sized ones of the same brand as well as panty liners. They're all amazing. Whatever I don't use, I will donate to a women's healthcare center near me for women who are less fortunate. And I might keep buying them every so often to do that, because this is an amazing product and while I find it very affordable, not everyone has the means to purchase it.

I was skeptical about these at first. I like many others have tried different brands over the years. I can't use regular pads because they make me get a rash down there. Even if I changed them out like every 2 hours, still a rash. Found the always foam cotton ones and was all good. One day I was shopping to refill my lady products and saw an ad for these on Amazon. They are not expensive and all cotton? Ill try them and see. Man was I surprised how absorbent these are. Way better then the always flex foam cotton. I have a heavy flow and I have not had any issue with these handling it! Its been a comfort knowing they will handle it all. Highly recommend these pads! Only complaint i could possibly have is that i wish the pad wrapper had a small strip of adhesive on the end so when you wrap the used one up in it to throw away it it stayed closed. Literally the dumbest complaint that is how impressed i am with these. Buy them!

Very thin, good size

The best pads for those with sensitive intimate areas! Non fragrant like traditional sanitary pads and also the cotton material feels better. If you have a light to medium flow, buy regular. If you have a medium to heavy flow buy long. I used these once I became postpartum and I absolutely love them.

Organic cotton pads are soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin. Unscented and ultra-thin, they provide reliable protection for regular flow. Wings stay in place, though they may feel light for heavier days. Overall, very comfortable.

I've had a series of surgeries over the course of the last 3 years (8!!) and my surgeon recommended maxi pads to put between garments and incisions. I chose this brand because they are organic, long enough, and have the cotton top. I ended up cutting them in half the long way to cover large incisions. No irritation, helped me heal, and kept me comfortable while healing.
