I'm truly disappointed. The flour was grainy and really not doable to make pancakes, dumplings, or banana bread.

Warning! Food poisoning
Terrible quality: suffered from stomach pain, headache, etc. I simply dumped the rest of the flour into the rubbish bin.

Price is a bit of a joke
The gluten free flour is great. The price is rather questionable - the same product costs just £2 at Sainsbury’s. Do your research before buying.

My favourite flour substitute
I've been buying this for years, it's so light and makes delicious shortbread that is so crumbly and delicate (and I hate shortbread). It's super diverse and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach
