Versatile & Durable Tool.
Versatile & valuable tool! I was recently introduced to block therapy fascia release and this paddle is perfect for blocking between the fingers and toes. The handle makes getting a firm pressure much easier than other tools.

Helps alleviate pain!
I bought this because I sit in front of a computer 8 hrs a day and wanted to get something to help soothe my back pain. It really helps!! You gotta like slap your pain area real hard. At first it hurts but after a while the pain definitely feels alot less!!!
