The media could not be loaded. I was worried about ordering such a large applicance off of Amazon, however the whole process was seamless. The Washing machine arrived within 2 days of ordering it, and the delivery guy offered to place it where ever we wanted. We had never installed a washing machine before and were nervous, but it was so easy. We just removed the shipping bolts and rubber washers first, then used the color coded water lines to place the water hoses on. Make sure you remove the stoppers inside of the water lines or the washer will not work! I love that it has all the needed options and fits a full size queen comforter plus sheets with a little room to spare!

Not to happy got it home, got it set-up and the machine is leaking all over the floor and the electrical panel. Need to return and only did 1 test trial, very disappointing.

As a busy mom, I’m a huge fan of this washer. I am so impressed by the size and the amount of laundry it allows me to do at a time. It also has a “kids wash” setting, which helps tackle the extra grime. My kid’s clothes truly look cleaner than they did with my previous washing machine.

Amazon delivery driver just put it in our front yard. We were home. They didn’t even ring the doorbell. We were going to help them as they were supposed to deliver to our room of choice. Opened it, for it to have a huge dent in it. Other than that, I love the set. Please make sure you read the directions. It has bolts in place inside the washer for shipping. It helps the drum stay in place. If you do not remove those bolts. It will make a big banging noise and will walk across your floor and could damage it. Remember to remove the bolts before use.

Arrived without incident to my remote and rural home town of East Butfuk, Maine: it came impressively packaged, safe and sound. Had I to do it over I’d have waited for summer and picked up a front loader on marketplace for 115 bucks. But whatever. If you have ever had the pleasure of dismantling a washing machine, you will understand that it holds the remnants of its previous owners… And for that it’s worth it. She is my very own brand new washing machine. Nobody’s goobligoggs in it.Deducting one star because I can’t watch the laundry going round and round because the door window is tinted too dark. That was half the reason I got a front loader…..

Just purchased. It’s big and beautiful! Thanks Amazon for delivering with care. Both delivery guys where awesome and nice people too! Sheets are clean and it’s super quiet.
