It is written that it does not contain sugar. But it does have maltodextrin which is more dangerous than sugar. Also protein content is very less. U will not gain weight drinking this .

Taste is good.. just been a few days since I purchased it but I can feel it’s effect . Purchased it for my wife. She was very thin and weak and this was becoming challenging for us because no matter what you eat at home, supplements are required. And this really worked like a charm because after using it for 6+ months she gained close to 8Kg of weight, feels healthy and stronger. So without doubt buy it but if you have a medical condition consult your doc too.
