I will NEVER go with out this product again. I decided to give this a try due to hair fall out and thing brittle nails. My nails have gotten so strong even my nail tech asked what I had been taking. I didn't notice the progress on the hair shedding until I had stopped taking it because I had also started a new shampoo/conditioner and wasn't sure what had contributed to the diminishing shedding. After running out of the pills but still having the shampoo I assumed it was the vitamins to thank because the shedding started back up quickly. Tasteless, EFFECTIVE, tan color. As well as they work I feel like they fairly priced.

I'm a 47/y/o/f who began semaglutide almost a year ago and took it about for 6 mths. (I originally have dry, course, curly thin hair. Thin as where I can wrap a scrungie or hair tie 2x around).Well, I was devastated and depressed of my hair loss. I took this for 1 month faithfully and my hair is growing, my hair feels and look lustful, easier to manage, I used less hair products which I can't believe, and my thumb nails grew faster than ever before. You must drink large of liquid when taking the large capsules in this bottle. There is no taste. But it will be worth it when the ingredients make my hair grow better, my nails grow stronger, and my skin be healthier. I look forward to the outcome of this supplement.

The reviews are so right. By bottle number 3 I had thicker, longer hair that people noticed almost overnight. It was not overnight, it was about 3 bottles worth, taking two or three supplements nightly for about three months. Additionally I had to regrow my entire head of hair after a home bleaching situation (DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!) and I couldn't have attained my goals without this product.

I have an autoimmune disorder. When my bloodwork numbers are within range, my hair grows nicely. When I'm exposed to something I shouldn't eat, to much will throw my bloodwork numbers out of wack. I had about six months of growth that I needed to cut off. It was already breaking in that area. One big chop and 18 inches was gone. I miss my long hair. I found Nutri Harmony biotin and I absolutely love the results. My hair isn't near the length it was but it's growing. It feels great. Highly recommended.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a decent product, although I prefer gummies. This biotin, however, had collagen and keratin, which I find are great added benefits. I have noticed improvements in my face and skin, it's much clearer now. My hair is definitely getting thicker and stronger, even my lashes! My nails have also gained some strength from this. They look nicer and don't break as easily.
