Active: Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4% Propylene Glycol 0.3% Inactive: Aminomethy|propanol, boricacid, hydroxypropy| guar, POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, sorbitol. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. Store at room temperature. Hope that helps.

I will assume you mean this is not a generic eyedrop. I believe this is the name brand product.

It appears the cost per ounce of this size is wrong. 7x.14ounce = .98 ounce, right? so 7x $5.49 would = $38.43? right?

I don't understand your math. Where did the 7 come from? Anyway, I went online for help, and I came up with $39.21 per ounce, if this was sold by the ounce. Perhaps the label writers are used to using ml instead of ounces and their math was off.
