Germination rate is good!
Awesome germination rate for the year 2025 so I just picked up a second packet. Quality, sweet melons.

Seeds are excellent had growth coming out of soil in 5 days

Baby Watermelon seeds - Heirloom
Out of 18 seeds, only three have grown. In approximately 3 Weeks, more of the seeds germinated and have been thinned out.

Disappointing
We plant a large vegetable garden each year and have been successful with watermelon in the past. This packet of seeds was of poor quality. Most never germinated, and those that did were very weak and did not survive. We are professional gardeners (we have a landscaping company), and we prepare the soil and have irrigation. We will go back to saving seed from successful watermelons and planting them the following year.
