The media could not be loaded. After purchasing a set of these for a friend I decided to get myself some. These are great for muscle pain relief. Very easy to figure out the and hold the power button to turn on automatically starts with continuous suction, press the power button quickly for a pulse suction, then hold the power button again to turn off. The size is great and has multiple options for various size sections and ways to use. Very cool product.

I looked at a bunch of different smart cupping devices before I settled on this brand. I just received them this afternoon, and I am more that happy with my purchase! First of all, there are 2 cupping devices for the same price of 1 from some of the other brands. Second, there are 2 sets of each size of cup- so 2 large, 2 small, and 2 guasha. They came charged and ready to use. The suction is powerful and I'm not sure I'll ever make it to level 12! The heat and red lights are relaxing. My neck feels SO much better after using these (although it looks pretty gnarly)!! The only reason I'm giving these 4 stars is that the instructions aren't the greatest. I wasn't able to figure out how to get the gua sha cup to glide across my skin. After going to YouTube and watching videos from another popular brand, I think I've figured it out. I will say that these look identical to this other popular (and more expensive) brand with a red label on them, with all of the same buttons. Don't hesitate to get these!

After one week of use, one of the cups has ceased to charge and I did not purchase a warranty. The suction cups possess exceptional strength, causing discomfort, and the rims dig into the skin. Operation proves to be challenging. Very frustrating. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I was hoping to incorporate into my sessions. Completely disappointed!Not worth the buy.

I've been using these for a while, and they do seem to help—as long as you're consistent with them. They have strong suction, so start slow and work your way up. For using them on my back, I added a small piece of cork to help with easy release. It would be great if the release had a raised button or texture to make it easier to find by feel.

Love that it's electronic so I don't have do use the pump, specially when I use it on myself. Unfortunately, the device doesn't release once the 20 minutes is done and it shuts off. I have to either remember and shut it off before it reaches the end or turn it back on to release. It's a little inefficient and tiring. I like that it comes with 3 different cup sizes. However the guasha one doesn't work out so well. You're supposed to be able to drag it over your skin yet it gets stuck in one place. The heating feature is also not good since once skin is sucked in, it gets too close to the top and it can burn. It's portable and easy to clean. Although instructions weren't clear, it's fairly easy to use and get around.
