POWERFUL little GUY!
I work in Heavy Construction and we use this hammer to chip out Asphalt from mixer drum. They work great! Light enough to mot wear you out, YET Powerful enough get job done.

Super heavy duty. Much better than small hammer drill.
Looks and feels like a quality product. Only used it for a few hours so far to break through a garage concrete floor and the sidewall of a concrete foundation.Used a large sds hammer drill to drill several outline holes first to limit the area of destruction :)Used 2 air compressors connected in tandem to provide enough air.Bits have an oval retaining spot on the shaft , which prevents the bits from rotating as you drill. That is great so the bit stays where you place it.

How do I get parts for it
Emailed manufacturer sever times with no response I need to get parts for them I have bought over 20 of them!!!!
