Nice sharp lens that is small in weight and is a great price for someone looking for a 35mm lens! The autofocus depends on the camera but you can always tweak the focus manually! I use it for my Sony a6400 so I’m sure newer models AF will help with focusing but I have no issue with focus since I can adjust it! The ring turns smoothly and the images come out sharp and clear!

Very lightweight, with a proper metal mount. Autofocusing keeps pace with my camera's burst rate. Well-saturated colors straight out of camera. Some vignetting up to F/8 at the minimum focus distance. I am a happy camper.

I shoot mostly street photography and portraits. The f/1.8 aperture provides sufficient low-light ability and creates a nice bokeh in the background. Autofocus is fast and accurate enough under most conditions, which is necessary for taking candid shots.The construct quality of the lens is good despite the lens being light. It balances perfectly on my APS-C body. I encountered little distortion and chromatic aberration in photographs. The sharpness of the images, even when wide open at f/1.8, is good for a lens within this price bracket
