This is really good ayurvedic medicine to control my sugar level under control. I am a regular user.

I feel that this medicine is not effective. From September 2024 to October 2025, I have been using it regularly—almost 30 bottles—along with Metformin and Glimepiride. Unfortunately, I did not see any benefit. Last week, I stopped those medicines and continued only with Mehatone, but my fasting sugar level is still 445, and Hba1c is 11.1 I feel I have lost my money, trust, and valuable time. Based on my experience, I can say that Mehatone is an absolutely ineffective medicine. It seems people are being misled, and this is truly very disappointing and sad.
