If you want an aid for someone with low motor skills this is the item for you
Excellent aid for the larger lady who may have more voluminous undergarments. My mum also suffers from Altzheimers and it was much easier to teach her to use these pant aids that the dressing stick method. This items is not cheap but I would say it is a vastly superior method for popping bloomers on

Helped dad regain independence.
Although a bit cumbersome (probably should have had the smaller one) this helped dad with his continence pants. Not sure if ordinary pants would be that flexible but in fairness never tried. Took a little while for my elderly dad to get the hang of using it but was great as it gave him extra arm length and far less bending. Thought it was a bit expensive for what it was but essential for him to regain independence.

Speechless. This is amazing
There are some sweet people at Amazon. Something arrived today which is one of my most important items, and, for the first time ever, the parcel was left with a neighbour for me. What amazing kindness. Thank you, dear folk at Amazon.Well, I've had a look at this. It's the first time I've ever come across anything like it. It will not only help me dress - it'll be awesome to pop skirts and trousers on as well. How extremely versatile and clever. Whoever invented it, give 'em a bonus. They obviously know more about being disabled than we probably realise. Wow. A simple frame like this can make the difference between keeping your dignity or not.I am delighted with my purchase.

Complicated
Really overpriced. Complicated to use. No instructions. Could make your own for less.

Don't buy
Useless product and vastly overpriced. Not worth more than £10-£15. In particular, the handles slip out each time it is used. Furthermore, Amazon need to follow the same practice as other suppliers and show the price net and including VAT.

First class Aid
Best buy of the year so far. Would recommend this aid to anyone who has difficulty bending down. Its very easy to use and saves hours struggling to get briefs and trousers on. Even plan to take this item on holiday, if i get!

Disabled pay high in desperation
OK so it comes to many of us that we need a little help dressing. I am just slightly disappointed with this gadget for lifting pants. The main one is that I feel that the handles could be longer since part of my problem is bending low which one has to do to place your feet. I am only 5 foot so it must be even harder for tall people. It is well made for what it is {plastic covered wire} but I think the cost is way too high. Why is it that companies who make gadgets for the disabled charge extortionately. I think they do so because disability can be also called desperate! It reminds me of a toddler toy in my doctors surgery for pushing beads around.

Does what it says
Ingenious equipment, easy to use. I understand VAT is refundable but I don't know how one would claim it!
