Great pans!

I ordered these because I desperately needed a new set of pots to cook with and these did not disappoint. Upon arrival, I noticed that one of my lids had a minor dent in it and contacted support to see if I could get a replacement. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the lid that I needed so they offered me a refund for the lid. Overall, I loved how fast their customer service was to respond to my inquiry. I do want to note, that if you do use this set do not put them in the oven. I made the mistake of putting one of the pots in the oven and one of the wooden handles came out with a giant crack in the middle of them. I love this set and the customer service is awesome.

Update 2/7: I contacted the company. They responded quickly. The resolved my issue. Thank you. Changing my stars to 5. The biggest pan came defective 😒. I already unpackaged everything, and screwing the handles and everything.Thought everything was good until I saw the defect. I'd hate to return the entire set, it would be a hassle to unscrew and package then drive to return it. Looks like a bad paint job and one of the sides were chipping.

While these are a great value for what you pay, they are a mess to keep clean. I’ve had them a little over a year and they’ve always been hand washed, but my three most used are stained black at the bottom and the outsides look like I’ve been brewing potions. This has affected the nonstick in a few spots. The pots are all great and I appreciate the varying sizes. The lids are all still in pristine condition. They are a bit of a headache to store.

I purchased the 13 piece set last year and so far, I am happy with the purchase. The nonstick works well. As long as you take care of it, they appear they will hold up pretty well. I am also surprised how light weight they are. They also look really nice.
