Damaged
I really like this brand of diffusers. But a damaged product was delivered to me unfortunately. This was meant for a gift so it’s a let down to present.

Not happy with product
Really disappointed with the strength of this diffuser. I thought I would smell a lot stronger and be more noticeable.

Amazing product, but missing items and obviously used
It smells amazing and there is nothing wrong with the product itself. I however did not receive the reed sticks that are supposed to come with the diffuser and it looked as though it was already used. It had essential oil all over the side of the bottle and the plastic packaging was torn.
