Very simple but effective
I very well thought through idea. No it will not stop burglers but that is not its purpose. It is ideal for inward opening windows that do not have stays, as is common in France for instance. It is also very cheap - so much so that i have bought 3 in case they don't last. I am still with the first one!

A little large but very easy. Ideal for PVC windows you don't want to screw into with other methods
We have alluminium windows in rebated frames, so I have not installed this as I didn't want to have to cut into our casings. However I did test this device and it worked as expected. I would recommend it if your frames are 1.25 inches or more in thickness.

Good product but check the surface you need it for
Giving this item 5* because nothing wrong with product, however no good for us because we have pvc windows and our window offset is wrong, not really designed for this type of window. Did wrangle it and glued it on but unfortunately it came off eventually.

Not great on some upvc windows
This wasnt great for my window, it has a small dip on the ledge which meant it had to be leveled with something else to be flat but then it wouldn't lock. I just have dodgy windows,dont think it's the products fault!

Easy to fit
Easy to fit and so easy to use. Works really well . I got it to stop the wind blowing it further open than I wanted it .

No good for windows with bevelled frame.
Doesn’t fit windows with the bevelled frame. Probably fine with a square frame though
