It took a little research to find the proper use of this item. At first I thought it was the traditional "Brazil nut" we sometimes eat at the holidays. It "sort of" is, but it's either a different species or another form of the same "nut" (it's actually a seed) . I won't go into specifics here, but if you search the name of the item you will find some interesting information about it's origin and uses.

In case you need to shred a couple of unwanted pounds, or just feeling constipated or bloated this helped me out a lot.

I am unsure of this product's safety record. I tried it first -- I shouldn't have -- and then I went and did some research. The side effects are a bit concerning, since there is very little information on when to take it, etc. The bottles came well-sealed but there was little direction and no information on expiration dates. It might be a wonderful product, but I cannot attest to that.

Such a weird supplement. You're suppose to take a little chunk and crush it and add it to water. I thought "I'll just eat it, I don't have time for the process of crushing it." YUCK! Next time I'll follow directions. I've only had it once, so I can't speak to the efficacy of it.

I guess this is one of those 'if you know you know' kind of things...and I didn’t know. After getting the actual product & scrolling around the interwebs, I’ve deduced that this type of product has a laxative effect & is commonly used for weightloss. Honestly, you wouldn’t know that from the product description & even with the product in hand, you'd have a hard time guessing. The fact that it’s listed in the “Burn Care” category doesn’t really help matters either.The bottles are sealed well & made in Mexico. No batch numbers or expiration dates. Sorry, that's all I got on this one.
