Good buy
It's loud when it comes on, the lights have to stay on in order to have instant hot or cold water, and the ice compartment isn't made to keep it frozen which i wish it did but over all great machine

Water, Ice, and all that hydration
This is a fabulous water cooler and ice maker. I really love my drinks ice cold but do not have freezer space for ice. This is a wonderful solution to that problem. I love that it recycles the water from melting ice. I do wish the ice bin were colder to keep ice more solid longer. That being said it constantly makes ice and we always have ice for our drinks. For safety the hot water lock is great. Took a little getting used to but now I see the benefit. I put the hot water on when I get up and it is fully heated for my tea in less than five minutes. We are on a journey to drink more water and this is the best thing to help with that goal!
