So far, I'm very happy with these little solar lights. I'm using setting #2, which keeps them dim and then brightens with motion detection. The lights stay on all night and are brighter than I expected. Six lights for under $40 felt like a good value to me. I installed two above the garage to light up the driveway, one at the front door next to another motion-sensing light I already had, and one at the rear garage entry to cover the garbage can area. I also placed one on the back fence, facing the backyard. I still have one light left and haven't decided where to put it yet.

We are replacing a set we purchased over a year ago just to add more to our deck. These are great and last a long time. We have not had to replace batteries or do anything to them. We have our set on the stairs going up to our deck and they light up as we walk up. You can set them in different modes and the one we just purchased are for the deck and will be set to come on dim and brighten when someone comes up. That way it will not annoy the neighbors for them being too bright. Buy with confidence and in my package it came with a 36-month covered period that I activated right away. It must be done within 14 days after receiving your item.

Easy to set up. I have it on my shed in low-light mode until I walk up on it then it brightens. Have had it about a month and doing great. Great price too for both of them. Has lasted through several rain storms and hasn't affected it at all. Would buy again if I need it in another area.

These do exactly what they say. They are cheap and have been working for many months now. I have them placed on my back porch, so my slightly blind dog turns them on when he goes out at night, and it helps her see her way out. Thy are what they are and for that they work fine. I'm amazed at how bright they are, but for my use they just turn on, run for 30 seconds and turn off- not stay on for long periods of time.

I bought a pair of these solar lights a year ago and they have performed properly for the last year so this month I purchased another two pack.The first two units I mounted on the south-facing side of the wood fence that encircles my back yard. This is the best direction to face these lights since the solar cells are on top and at a slight slope. So in this application the solar cells faced upward and a bit toward the south. I bought this new two-pack and placed them on the wooden fence opposite the two earlier ones so the solar cells on these light units are facing upwards and north, which is not the best direction particularly in the winter months.I live in the Pacific Northwest where we do not get a lot of sun in the winter so I have programmed these four units in the third mode where they are off at night and only turn on to the brightest light setting if they sense motion. I have found that these units still have enough power to turn the lights on at 5:30 AM even after several cloudy days. I don’t know if there would be enough energy stored in these units to handle one of the other modes where the lights are on all night.This lighting kit comes with bright silver screws for attaching the unit to a fence or wall. The unit itself is black plastic so the screw heads stand out. So to I hit the screw heads with a spray can of flat black paint a day before I installed the units on my fence. See the picture.

Needed lights because throwing trash at night is crazy we don’t know who we running into ( raccoons, cats whatever )These are great so far we love it .We are so impressed how bright it is .Going to get more for the back yard .

We had overcast weather and they still charged. They are small but produce good light easy to pick up and use walking. light bright enough to bring indoors save some electric would be great for power outages. One thing, after leaving it on on position one didnt work. I thought it was broke till we had sunny day. Glad I waited. Well worth the price.
