it helps with leg cramps and breathing, as noted in the review
Zinc Sulfate is helping my leg cramps. I heard it was good to protect from Covid -19. the fact I am negative to it is anecdotal proof of nothing, but taking away night time leg cramps is awesome. If I never get sick, I will never know why, but who cares, right. I do empathize with the families of those who have died of illness, whether coronavirus or flu, or any illness, disease that the loved one was sensitive to. ----Additional comment. Zinc sulfate at night, and tonic water taken during the day have helped my respiration to the point I have stopped one of my prescriptions. The doctor and I will talk about it, but he has been a fan of using natural remedies, as long as they are used wisely.

Wonderful value for the money.
This zinc is very easy to take unlike pill form. There is no aftertaste and they do the job intended to give a better immune system.

Doesn’t upset my stomach
Some forms of zinc I am unable to tolerate, but these capsules work well. I have no problem with them.

Yes
After a tonsillectomy, I experienced a condition called dysgeusia where my sense of taste was nearly shot. I went from not being able to taste at all to everything tasting like someone was pouring salt down my mouth. I read the scholarly literature on this common post-tonsillectomy side effect, and a number of studies cited Zinc Sulfate as a method to cure this problem. Well, I've been taking it for about 9 days and my taste is almost back to where it was pre-tonsillectomy. I'm still working on my ability to taste sweet things without distortion but I am back enjoying most of the foods I ate before.

Great, hard to find product!
I used to get Zinc 220mg from my local pharmacy, but it seemed like they never had it in stock when I needed it and had to order it. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. The package came quickly and packaged well. The product seems high quality - maybe better than the brand I was getting from the drugstore. I take it for hairloss (really helps!) and migraine headaches. My neurologist swears by it. I'm just about out of this and will be ordering more. Hope they continue to sell on Amazon.

Removed my plantar wart, just sayin...
Bought because I read that zinc sulfate will cure plantar warts. I took one a day for a month. the stubborn wart on my little toe is GONE!I have had it lasered... It came back. I had it frozen.... it came back.... I had it surgically removed.. It came back.... this went I for three years!ITS GONE and it has been over a month. I can wear sandals again!i also smeared it with desitin because it has zinc in it every day and wore a bandaid. Don't think it was the desitin because I had tried that before. maybe it was a combination?

Why conflicting labels?
I’m just confused as to why the original label on the bottle says 50 mg wow there is a secondary sticker that was placed on the bottle that says 220 mg… This raises a bit of concern for the safety. Were these bottles filled with the 220 mg because you ran out of a bottle that was labeled 50 mg? I just want to feel safe.
