If word can describe it then it’s “WOW!” For me it’s first electric bike and 4 inch wide wheels are fun to ride on. Absolutely easy with paddle as well! Though installation took bit of effort as not all minor things are captured as part of installation video and instructions manual (ex: to be careful while screwing the front wheel as there a small hook that need to latched in as all hole above) but it’s worth it , felt like kid trying to finish a Lego :) Had a bit of struggle with warranty registration as online frame registration was unable to find frame number but with call it got sorted. Paddle assist and cruise mode are fun ! For now 5 star for experience I have with this bike right now! Will update back post after 2/3 months of usage.as at some reviews read about handle wobbles etc.

Got the delivery of the cycle on 29th July 2025. Using it on regular basis for college up down and near around travel in Juhu, Mumbai. It was working well till 4th September and on 5th September it just switch on and off immediately and stopped working. Double checked battery charging but issue did not resolve. Complaint raised with the company and they told to visit nearest dealer/service centre. I was surprised when they told that service centre will charge Rs. 750 and parts will be free. I did not understand if this is a new way of providing warranty with charges. Dealer denied to check unless I pay Rs. 750 for checking. And after that, once the spare part that is to be repaired is delivered, even repairing that would cost Rs. 750 more. Rs. 55000 paid to buy it and if after 1 month I have to pay 1500 then why should I spend this much money just for a Cycle. Regretting my decision and thinking to raise it with Consumer Court. I think they do not have proper service channel and customer will have to suffer. Do not expect that buying electric vehicle means full saving by charging and rising, they will find ways to take more money from you. Let's see if the company can do anything or I will decide next course of action within a week. Team Amazon, please make a note it it and let me know if you can help.

This cycle is one of the greatest purchases I have ever made, let me tell you if you own this there is no way you drive this on road and people ignore, this cycle is so eye catching people stops me and askes for every detail about it, feels really nice owning it, well abut the performance and power its very nice too, the battery is also exceptionally good, the design the style, the thought process they put in to design this bicycle is amazing, if you are planning to buy it think no more just get it, mark my words you won't regret a single penny for your purchase. I am in love with this cycle.

Very poor customer service. Tyre got damaged within 6 months.Don't buy it.

Everything is perfect just the carrier height should be taller for men to travel together. With this price these should've been looked upon. Battery life is also compromised very well. It is easy to install too.
