Comes with an elastic band and a pin backing. I wish it was easy to hide the band, but I guess you're supposed to use both simultaneously. Either way, I like the look, store and the quality of the ribbon. The ribbon is just the right width too.I just don't like the hot glue smell. It's so strong.

The stones came off when opening package. Had to glue back on
