Blister packed capsules. Almost AtoZ complete range, including beta carotene, vitamin C, some magnesium and calcium. High in folic acid, B vitamins, iron, vitamin D. Would be suitable for any adult, particularly if sensitive to vitamin A which is excluded. Excellent value.
