This is a good quality supplement with clean ingredients. The capsules are easy to take and swallow. No digestion problems, I found it to be very favorable. Everything in the listing and on the bottle clearly states the ingredients and I think everything of value is here.

Really nice high-quality supplement that supports several different body systems. It’s third party tested which is always a plus! I got this to help increase glutathione levels. A nice higher dose of NAC with a little bit of Glycine for the synergistic effect of an antioxidant glutathionine boost. The dose of Glycine is too low to have a potent sleep effect for me at least, but still taking this before bed is a great way to let your body recover and recuperate to wake up better even if you didn't notice any difference in sleep.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons: 1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them. 2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results. 3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other. 4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results: If you take a lot of acetaminophen like me, you need this to counter the negative effects in your liver. This does it well. I've been supplementing with NAC for quite some time. I like the benefits this amino acid that acts as a precursor to glutathione can offer to support cellular health including my immune, liver, cognitive and respiratory health. I like this quality formulation. It has a few ingredients. In addition to NAC, it also includes the amino acid glycine as well as the minerals selenium and molybdenum. It always seems you have to read labels. I believe the company offers transparency, but you have to read carefully. Offering my perspective and my opinion, I've found that although the front label states Nutriissa Neuron-NAC 1600mg, after further reading the back label and ingredients, you learn taht even with a serving of two capsules, the NAC ingredient content is only 1000mg. It's only when you add the other ingredients does it add up to 1600 mg, so it's not 1600 mg of the ingredient NAC, which some might say is somewhat ambiguous. I do believe this is a clean pure supplement and it's convenient and easy to take. As suggested, I am taking 2 easy to swallow capsules a day with a meal, and the bottle of 90 offers me a 45 day supply. If you are seeking the benefits that a supplement that supports your wellness with a quality NAC formulation can provide then you should give this Neuron-NAC a try.
