Nothing to dislike its really good strong solid piece of kit . They do one for beginners and another for when you are stronger , i have both now , well impressed with them. Bargain and easy to tuck away under couch or any cupboard.

I brought this item last September, I only opened it today, it says to read the manual before use, but there’s no manual in it at all. Not good enough

All the Haoying Gold models 40-120kg are made from german steel witch makes it keep its strength even after thousands of bends, not as other power twisters which are made from Chinese steel which loses their strength after som bend.This is top of the line if you want the best available! A Haoying Gold 80kg is hard as a 100kg from some other brand!When getting a power twister strength you should get one with suitable strength. For the harder models (100kg and above ) you will need weights hanging to get it started and still it will be extremely hard! A suitable level to start at is the Haoying Gold 60kg or Haoying Gold 80, they are still hard in the beginning. This are elite power twister for elite users.

Got a 60k one and it’s an easy 30 reps so thought I’d go heavy duty and get the toughest one I can find100k it’s not beaten me but I was struggling with 3 reps definitely not for beginners but it’s giving me a challenge to get to 10

I’ve been weight training for many years, although am getting on a bit now, still consider myself stronger than most people. I had one of these already, rated at 60kg apparently. It’s pretty easy for me to do many reps, so was moving my hands closer together to reduce the leverage and hence make it harder. Therefore decided I needed a more challenging version, was going to go for the 100, but after some deliberation, chose the 90. I cannot start the exercise off! Have fashioned some metal sleeves from a length of pipe to add a few inches each side of the spring, gaining leverage. I can bend it now! But I should’ve gone for the 80 or even 70. Trouble is, the exercise gets easier towards the end of the motion!It is well made though and I am sure I will defeat it eventually!

It is harder than I expected after using cheaper ones. I have to use a rope to start if off but the strength is very good. Quality item which should last a lifetime.
