I'm using it in place of nutritional yeast but is it the same as nutritional yeast??... No idea.. Tastes good though so cool with it..

Urban Platter as a brand for a vegan living in India is probably the best company here. I Love all of their products which I use a lot. I especially like the Nutritional Yeast . I use their products daily . Great brand and great products.

I loved the taste of it so much that I had to leave a review. I have been using nutritional yeast for many years but mostly abroad. Recently we moved to India and was so happy to see that urban platter does sell it. The taste of it is so cheesy that it is truly a substitute for any type of cheddar or smoky flavoured cheese. Good to use to get a cheesy flavour without the calories of cheese. Healthy and Nutritional. Urban Platter in general makes really good products

The item arrived was not sealed. Despite the lid being on, the plastic seal on the inside was open on one side, with an almost rust like formation on the metallic underside. The product smelt rancid and tasted like it was never meant to be edible. It is a health hazard. I have had nutritional Yeast before, and this was spoilt, i would even go as far as saying rotten. I have tried to contact the seller to arrange an exchange/refund, anything, even an apology, but have been unsuccessful so far. Had better expectations from Urban Platter. Terrible experience. Will change my rating if things change.

Excellent product. I just put 1 teaspoon in water and drink it. It has a cheesy smell and flavor but trust me this has helped me during my pms. My depression levels has gone down. I highly recommend this. Although urban platter should make a non fortified nutritional yeast as it's still better.
