Fantastic customer service! I was really happy when this arrived, it looks good, is easy to use and clean, and makes 3 decent size mugs of coffee. However, after 1 week the handle broke off. I got in touch with the provider at 11.30pm on saturday night using their website and within 10 mins they had responded and confirmed a replacement was being sent. It has just arrived, less than 48hrs after contacting them. Outstanding customer service, and i am so happy because this is a really nice product.

Beautiful, strong, well designed piece of kit. I've had many cafetiere's over the years mostly cheap flimsy and let's the coffee grinds into your cup or crack & break quickly. This works perfectly, feels nice to hold, looks amazing and was cheaper than some of the previous ones that haven't lasted. Money well spent. #happycustomer

A lovely bit of kit, and a handsome addition to the work surface. However, one star off because ..... there is a sticker on the box WARNING of sharp edges, especially on the metal housing. And yes they are sharp, as are the bars connecting the handle to the housing. Particularly noticeable if you try to separate the glass from the housing (which I couldn't - it was too tight!). I couldn't spot any reference to this warning among the reviews but feel it should be mentioned.

All good so far. Press works well, and it pours well, It looks good too.

This is the best French press I've bought out of a total of 5, sturdy, holds a lot and you don't get a load of coffee granules in your drink after pouring. Comes with extra filter mesh too.

This French press looks sleek and makes a strong, flavourful cup of coffee. The filtration system is decent, and the glass carafe feels solid while brewing. The main drawback is the design. The glass beaker fits so tightly into the metal frame that it’s very difficult to separate them. After washing, water often seeps between the two layers, and it’s almost impossible to dry properly without forcing it apart — which makes me nervous about breaking the glass. It’s fine for making coffee, but the awkward cleaning process takes away from the overall experience.

Che scoperta! Un ottimo modo per gustare il caffè nelle stagioni calde, un gusto pieno e rotondo senza il troppo calore. Facile da usare, un po' scomoda per il frigo, ma il gusto è talmente buono che lascio ugualmente cinque stelle.

Very nice, large carafe. Press does a good job at tamping down the coffee grounds to give a smooth cup. Stainless steel accents look great. Easy to set up and use.

I bought this after scanning hundreds of coffee presses. This ticked all the boxes. I love the sleek sexy peel away design, the handle is secure and stable and the press lid is sturdy. It doesn't leak nor drip when you pour coffee and it comes with a replacement metal filter which is a wonderful bonus. It arrived within two days of ordering and I've made two rounds of coffee so far and it is perfect. I've washed it and it comes out of the holder well and sits nicely in it so it is measured to perfection. Easy to rinse and clean and dry. I can't see any faults and am very happy with it. I also love that there is a life long warranty on it. Additionally, I love the email they sent asking for a review, it was personal, friendly and polite and just shows great customer service. Would recommend to anyone interested in a French Press coffee maker.
