I absolutely LOVE this product!! It’s simple but impactful and it has absolutely helped me drink more water throughout the day than I have in the past several years. I have tried pop-up reminders on my work computer (Outlook), apps on my phone, reminders from my FitBit and posted signs near my desk but nothing helps like this blinking* light. I already had several reusable water bottles so I sought an accessory; this item is much cheaper than “smart bottles” and doesn’t need washed. :DIt fits on water bottles of various sizes. The reusable bottle I have pictured (I have 3 of them) has a diameter of almost 3 1/2” (nearly 9cm) but the band also fits on a standard 16.9 oz. bottle and bottles larger than the one I typically use.The light blinks every 30-45 minutes to remind you to drink. After you drink it will light up slowly and turn off slowly so that means it has recorded you drinking and reset the clock. It does not blink all night while you sleep; the instructions explain it will go through about 2 blinking cycles and as long as it doesn’t sense movement, it will stop blinking until it senses movement again.The only caveat is that you need to have the bottle in front of you in order to see it - it doesn’t make any noise (like yell at you, which I would also likely respond to). So make sure you take the bottle from your work station to other rooms where you spend time outside of work. I work from home so I grab my bottle and move it at the end of the day.This item is currently unavailable, but the last time that happened they had some available a few weeks later; I hope there are more available soon!!*This product may not be ideal for those with light sensitivity or conditions like epilepsy because the light flashes quickly. If flashes about 10 times, then stops, and repeats that series twice more.*Happy drinking!!

I absolutely LOVE THIS LITTLE THING! Best ADHD hack ever. The first day I used it at work and drank 5 bottles of water. I left it at work and somehow lost it. The very next day I only drank half a bottle. Needless to say I broke down and bought another one. My only complaint is that both times I ordered a black one but got the cactus one. I was disappointed but loved the concept so much that I didn’t want to return it and lose out on one single day more of not drinking water

It does a great job of letting me know when I haven’t taken a drink in 30 minutes. I am getting more water during the day because of it.

I am horrible at hydration! This seemed like a fun way to be reminded. It really works and the little flash gets my attention. I’ve probably tripled my water intake since having this

I loved this light. It was helping me drink more water, by a lot!!! But It fell off the rubber band that goes around the water bottle. Somewhere between leaving home and getting to work it popped off. The price is just too much for me to buy another one. So if you think you can keep track of your light I recommend it. But the design needs to be improved on. Instead of a rubber band it needs a clasping band so it can be threaded through a Handel on a mug. The light needs to have a loop instead of a clip so it does not come off the band. But in the end this is an amazing helpful idea! Hope it works out better for others.

Perfect! I just need a simple quiet reminder at work and the blinking light is the bomb! Drank all of my water today! First day with Ulla. Simple, quiet and cute. Going to get one for my desk at home. At work, I put it in a drawer so it can turn off as everyone leaves later than I.

It was useless. It blinked when I took a swallow. It never blinked when an hour of not drinking passed. The instructions say it will not blink after 2 hrs of non use. What’s the point. So if you can’t remember to drink within the hour set a kitchen timer or your iPhone. Spend the money you would waste on this for a new water bottle or some flavor packets to make you want to drink it
